At Race Pace we are passionate about fitness, health and unlocking the hidden potential within the people we train. We are interested in all ages and all levels of athletes, and we will put the same amount of effort into your training plan and approach regardless of whether you are training for your first 5km, or whether you are an elite level athlete. We understand that each individual is different, and we are committed to helping you to use your personal strengths and to overcome your specific weaknesses to reach your fitness goals. We provide the following services: - Sport Conditioning - Track Athletics Coaching - Running (Road, Cross Country and Trail) Coaching - Personal Fitness Training - Body Transformation Programme - Full Fitness Assessment and Injury Risk Profile We have a variety of options and packages available. If you would like to see what we do in person, please feel free to join one complimentary track session at any of the following venues and times: - Tuesday @ Wanderers Club at 18:00 to 19:00 - Thursday @ Randburg Sport Complex from 17:30 to 19:00 - Saturday @ Tuks High Performance Centre from 06:00 to 08:00 If you are not local to Gauteng, please contact us on info@racepace.co.za or visit our website at www.racepace.co.za, as we do have distance coaching and training options.
