At fit.STRONG we provide High Intensity Interval Training fitness sessions in a Tabata (timed) format that are geared to build fitness, strength and burn fat. Our sessions, because they are timed, cater for all fitness levels. Our workouts are designed to target specific muscle areas, and therefore consecutive workout days will not target the same muscle areas, to allow for sufficient recovery.
While we are mainly focused on group training for small groups of up to 5 clients, we will also consider taking on individual body transformation clients.
Johannesburg: fit.STRONG sessions are currently taking place at Randburg Sport Field on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 18:00. Contact me at info@racepace.co.za to join the sessions, or to arrange different times or days.
Pretoria: if we get enough interest, we can arrange early morning or weekend sessions at Tuks high performance campus. Contact us at info@racepace.co.za if interested!
